Death Note: A Third Kira

Story:

The task force has no new leads on Kira, and L was getting frustrated. When a new Kira comes into play, L gets even more mad. This Kira seems to be more violent than the first or second. The task force needs to stop Third Kira at all costs, before it's too late.

Characters:

Just post information in the thread of who you're going to be. You can make an original character, or use a character from the series.

Setting:

It's going to be set in modern day, just like the anime. It's also going to be set in Japan, obviously.

Character: Yagami Raito
Age: 17 (Turning 18 on February 28th)
Occupation: Student, attending Kyoudai High School.

Raito has his memories of being Kira, but his Death Note is not in his possession. He had it buried in a forest while he was under surveillance by L.

((OOC: Can I be the third Kira? *Eager* I'll be Lith w/out the wings but with the same look and an evil personality of evilness))

(( Of course. Should Third Kira go to Raito's school? And give us other info like if she has the Shinigami eyes and whatnot. ))

Raito sighed as he sat through a boring lecture. He already memorized all of this back in middle school, and onnly now these idiots were learning them (with what appeared to be difficulty). Everyone was wasting away, and most of them weren't contributing to society or doing anything productive. They were just garbage.

He wished he had his Death Note at the moment. Stupid L and his suspicions. How his hand ached to wrap around a pen and write down names of filth. The bell rang, signaling the end of class. He stood up from his desk and let out another sigh.

((OOC: she has the eyes... and she's a new student))

At the beginning of Raito's next class, there was a girl standing at the front of the room, talking to the teacher.

"All of you, we have a new student. She is from a small town in Japan and has moved here recently with her parents."

She looked around the room. For some reason, she was staring, and I mean staring, at Raito.

Raito turned to look at the new student. Okay, so he knew he was attractive (practically every girl in school salked him), but why was this new girl staring at him like there was no tomorrow? And Raito was pretty sure there would be a tomorrow. He had to get his Death Note back, and he was sure as hell not going to leave this earth anytime soon.

He raised an eyebrow at her.

"You can sit in the empty seat next to Raito."

She looked at the teacher and raised an eyebrow.

"Sure," she said, sounding somewhat enthusiastic. With perhaps a little bit of sarcasm.

She sat down and started glaring at Raito.

((OOC: XD she can tell that he's Kira LOLZ))

Okay, this was weird.

Of course, Raito's genius brain kicked into high gear at all the possibilities (other than his great look) of why she was looking at him so intensely. He ignored her, staring out the window as the teacher went on with a lecture. He was only half paying attention like he usually did. He was thinking over possibilities. Of course, one of them was that she somehow knew he was Kira. But he shrugged that thought away. No way could this girl have a Death Note.

When class was over, he almost sighed with relief. He could practically feel the intensity of the new girls glare throughout the whole class.

She didn't move, but continued to watch him.
