And sure, I might start one. Anything you feel like doing right now? I might make a fantasy one just so I can use my Elwyn character again, but as for the plot, I'm unsure. I'm in a very Merlin-y mood right now, so I was thinking maybe something to do with Camelot, in a time where magic is banned, and if sorcerers are caught they're killed, and everyone has to keep their magic secret or something idk.

Barring in mind that I'm not entirely familiar with the Merlin universe, I suppose that could work, I think I might be able to re-purpose Fyre for it, but under a new name. Maybe...

You don't need to be familiar with it, I'll give you everything you need to know in the description. It's not really gonna be a Merlin RP, just sort of based off the idea of Camelot being danger-central for sorcerers. (:

Haha, okay so I don't think it's gonna be Camelot perse, but just a kingdom like it, and I feel like there should be a bigger plot than just a kingdom where magic is outlawed. Like, it needs a bigger picture. Any ideas? Since it's basically just gonna be you and me until we inform the others might as well come up with a plot we both like.

Maybe, the royal family's been corrupted through some form of ancient magic and magic was outlawed and practitioners of magic are to be killed as the origin of the ancient magic knows that there are a few sorcerers out there who know small fragments of the knowledge of where the core of the magic exists and how to destroy it?

Okay so I'm typing up the description of the roleplay and I was wondering if you could rephrase your corrupted-family idea.

So like, the family idk, messing with something they shouldn't, and then an ancient magic sort of takes over them and turns them against magic?

And the only way to stop it is to find people who have knowledge on where the source of ancient magic comes from so that they can seek it out and destroy it?

I was thinking that they had accidentally found some sort of ancient artifact that was supposed to have been destroyed in ancient times, and it was this thing that formed the link between the royals and the origin of the magic. Naturally, they fought against the corrupting magic, but the being behind the artifact was simply too powerful for them and instead of killing them and taking over himself, he decided to take control of the royal family when he found out that vestiges of the ancient magic that had the capability to destroy him and his magic still existed in the hands of a select few sorcerers, and since he had no idea who still had those pieces of magic, he commanded his new slaves to issue the edict that all employers of the arcane arts MUST be killed.

How's that?
